Whilst I knew of Janet for many years, it was only in the past 18 months that I truly spent quality time with her and so quickly she became part of my very being. We would not spend too long together at once, but enough that we would have set our orange boxes on the corner of Hyde Park with the best of them!! Strength and love are the two single most memorable characteristics of Janet, I will miss her advice and the free will with which she gave it, but mostly the companionship. This quote really sums up my feelings at this moment..... "Grief, I've learned, is really just love. It's all the love you want to give but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go."
